We support our local activities with international activities at European level. Firstly, we believe that a focus on teacher/staff competences is important for improving learners’ achievement. By a new framework of teacher/staff competences referring to the new approaches, a new development plan can be planned, then we bring standards in teaching at our organizations. Secondly, the most important step to take is to create a mindfulness or a flexible mindset among participants. Thirdly, the participants have a clear vision related to which competences are needed in practice. Then the project activities feed the participants’ competences and the outcomes can be good performances from the learner perspective such as;
- ways of thinking (creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and learning)
- ways of working (communication and collaboration)
- tools for working (including information and communications technologies)
- skills around citizenship, life and career and personal and social responsibility for success in modern democracies.
Our Projects
BASE, Bridging Arts by Arts for Seniors
GloboDev completed a Grundtvig LP project “BASE, Bridging Arts by Arts for Seniors” that was conducted with the organisations from Poland, Spain and Lithuania as a project partner during the period of 2013-2015. In this project, we performed activities in music and photography in the field of art. In each partner country, many open public concerts with traditional and clasical music parts were organized with the participation of different groups (chorists, dancers, musicians, singers).

Contribution to Art
In order to gain the competences determined during our Grundtvig project, we planned to bring educational opportunity for our member trainers and assistant trainers in an Erasmus+ project “Contribution to Art”. In the project, European mobility was considered as “learning mobility” so that; the main objective of the project is to contribute the establishment of a dynamic knowledge society. Our expectation to increase the level of competences of our teachers was met. In addition, their other important achievement became the intercultural competence. (2016-2017)
KCA, Knowledge as the Chance of Acceptance
“KCA, Knowledge is Chance of Acceptance ” is a strategic partnership project conducted with the organisations from Poland, Turkey and Italy during the period of 2018-2020.
We intend to create an educational project on the topic related to refugees, which is a large modern problem in the European Union. The first working name of this project is “Knowledge is Chance of Acceptance” (KAC) and the leading thought is “If You know, You don’t afraid”.
At international educational meetings, we intend to provide knowledge on this subject, teaching both students and educators about the difficult problems associated with the admission of refugees in these countries and the methods used in partner countries to address these problems.
Cultural and nature Heritage is European Strength and Treasure
“Cultural and nature Heritage is European Strength and Treasure”, CHEST, is a strategic partnership project conducted with the organizations from Poland, Turkey, Lithuania and Portugal during the period of 2019-2021.
